She has received several prestigious awards for her artistic achievements, including the Derwent Art Prize, NordArt Public Choice Award (2013, 2014), Philip Morris International Art Foundation Prize, Milena Pavlović Barili Award, Best Solo Exhibition KNU, and Best New Member of the Fine Artists Association of Serbia.

Stanojević has extensive teaching experience. She served as Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Art and Design in Belgrade (2008–2018) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2015–2021). Since 2021, she has been an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Applied Arts, Belgrade. Her drawings and paintings are represented in public and private collections in Serbia, Germany, the USA, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, and Denmark.
